We are excited to announce that Perry Hall High School and Loch Raven High School are being added as new classroom locations! Students can expect the same great classroom experience as our regular locations combined with the convenience of attending classes in their regular high school.
Classes will be offered after school from 3 PM to 6:15 PM and will be open to the public. A donation will be made to each schools Athletic Boosters for every student. Click here for dates and times.

Step 1:
- Signal right
- Position the car 2 feet away from the space
Step 2:
- Stop when the front outside cone is visible in the corner of the rear passenger door window
Step 3:
- Turn the wheel all the way right, then back up until all 3 cones are visible in the driver side mirror and stop
Step 4:
- Turn the wheel 1 and 1/2 to the left, then reverse until the front outside cone is near the passenger windshield wiper and stop
Step 5:
- Turn the wheel all the way left, then reverse until the car is straight and stop

The Maryland MVA has changed the driver license testing procedure at the Bel Air branch as part of a statewide effort to improve driver safety.
License candidates will now venture onto public roads after successfully completing maneuvers on a closed course. The closed course includes Parallel Parking and a Reverse Two Point Turnabout. This is a lengthy term to describe backing into a parking space on the right. The old turnabout and backing in a straight line have been eliminated from the test.

We decided to do something a little different this year to get the word out about our annual Holiday Special by reserving a kiosk at the Harford Mall. You can pick up information about Premier, the drivers licensing process in Maryland and even gift certificates for upcoming classes. The kiosk is in front of Old Navy and someone will be there most nights and weekends through the end of the year if you have any questions. So, stop by and see us as you do your shopping this year!
